Personalization Configuration
The system supports brand customization for App-oriented content like SMS, phone calls, emails, etc.

SMS Configuration
SMS configuration is mainly used to configure the verification code SMS signature and template received by App users during mobile phone registration, mobile verification code login, mobile password recovery, and other operations.
Operation Steps
- Click the "Add" button for SMS account configuration, enter Alibaba Cloud's AccessKey and AccessSecret, and input an account name for the SMS account to complete the account addition.
- Click the "Set as Active" button to set the SMS account you need to use as active. Only one account can be set as active.
- After setup, you can configure SMS signatures and SMS templates for various use cases in the SMS template configuration below.
- In addition to the default signature and default template, you can also configure personalized signatures and templates for each App.
- Before configuring SMS signatures and SMS templates, please ensure that content review has been completed on the Alibaba Cloud SMS platform, otherwise they cannot be added or used.
Phone Configuration
Phone configuration is mainly used to configure the voice template received by App users when receiving phone alerts.
Operation Steps
- Click the "Add" button for phone configuration, enter Alibaba Cloud's AccessKey and AccessSecret, and input an account name for the phone account to complete the account addition.
- Click the "Set as Active" button to set the phone account you need to use as active. Only one account can be set as active.
- After setup, you can configure voice templates for various use cases in the voice template configuration below.
- Before configuring voice templates, please ensure that content review has been completed on the Alibaba Cloud phone platform, otherwise they cannot be added or used.
Email Configuration
Email configuration is mainly used to configure the verification code email template received by App users during email account registration, email verification code login, email password recovery, and other operations.
Operation Steps
- Click the "Add" button for email account configuration, enter your email account name, SMTP server address/port, SMTP account/password, and whether to enable encryption.
- Click the "Set as Active" button to set the email account you need to use as active. Only one account can be set as active.
- After setup, you can configure email templates for various use cases in the email template configuration below.
- In addition to the default template, you can also configure personalized templates for each App.
- Template content must be edited in HTML format. You can view template examples for reference, where verification code templates must include the verification code variable ${code}.
Official Account Configuration
Official account configuration is mainly used to configure the push account used when mini-program users need to receive device alarm messages through an official account.
Operation Steps
- Click the "Add" button, enter the official account application ID and application secret key. Addition can only be successful when the ID and secret key verification passes.
- After successful addition, when adding official account push rules, you can select message templates that have been approved under that account, and configure value assignments for the template variables.
- Successfully added official account information cannot be modified. If an official account is deleted, the configured official account push rules will simultaneously become invalid.
